I share my photos under a ‘Creative Commons’ licence which you can access at the bottom of any page on this blog.

And I don’t watermark my images for a variety of reasons.

The main ones are:

• I hate looking at watermarked images myself so I imagine other people will feel the same.
• I want people to enjoy the art without distraction.
• Creative Commons and Watermark free images allow more people to use my images and hopefully in time give me more exposure.
• ‘Hob Goblins’ do steal images but decent people and bona-fide companies don’t. For now I am prepared to take the risk.

You are welcome to use my photo-art as long as you don’t use it for commercial purposes

You can share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format

You can adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material under the following terms:

Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.

NonCommercial — You may not use the material for commercial purposes.

ShareAlike — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.
